Job Title: Telecaller Executive (Work from Home)
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for various products/services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Achieve daily call targets and maintain call quality standards.
- Utilize the provided CRM app for calling and updating customer information.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Meet the daily call time requirement of 6 hours within an 8-hour shift.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or telecalling.
- Proficiency in English conversation is essential.
- Must possess a smartphone (Android or iPhone) with stable internet connectivity.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in achieving targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
