Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your primary goal will be to assist customers in a timely and courteous manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify and assess customer needs, understanding their concerns and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling billing inquiries.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior staff for resolution when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Handle customer complaints with tact and empathy, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of customer service procedures.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
