**Job Summary**: A Sales Coordinator assists the sales team by managing and coordinating various sales-related activities. They help streamline the sales process, provide administrative support, and ensure excellent customer service to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Prepare and distribute sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Follow up with potential clients to gather information and address inquiries.

**Order Processing**:

- Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, inventory) to fulfill customer orders.
- Maintain records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

**Customer Service**:

- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate salesperson.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Schedule sales team meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Manage sales-related documents and databases.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the sales team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Update inventory records and assist in managing product availability.

**Marketing Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate sales promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and collateral.

**Sales Data Analysis**:

- Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field may be preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
