**Marketing Executive (B2B & B2C)**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to drive the sales and promotion of our essential power solutions, primarily Diesel Generator (DG) sets. This role will involve a strategic approach to market our products to both B2B and B2C clients, focusing on industries such as:
- **B2B**: Hotels, Lifts, Hospitals, Backups, Utilities
- **B2C**: DJ, Marriage Gardens, Restaurants
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and analyze industry trends.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**: Actively seek out new clients, build strong relationships with existing clients, and provide excellent customer service.
- **Product Promotion and Marketing**: Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising, to promote our DG sets as the essential power solution.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Gain a deep understanding of our DG sets, their features, benefits, and technical specifications to effectively address client inquiries and provide technical support.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**: Drive sales and revenue growth by closing deals and ensuring timely payments.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless coordination and achieve common goals.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in the power solutions or related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (CRM, marketing automation, etc.).
- A valid driver's license.
**Desired Skills**:
- Technical knowledge of diesel generators and power systems.
- Experience in handling large-scale projects and key accounts.
- A strong network of contacts in the target industries.

Pay: ₹8,367.51 - ₹12,000.00 per month
