Key Responsibilities:

- **Administrative Support**: Assist with daily office operations, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings.
- **Data Entry & Management**: Accurately enter and update information in databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- **Customer Support**: Respond to customer inquiries and assist front office staff in resolving issues.
- **Financial Administration**: Support invoicing, billing, and payment processing, maintaining accurate financial records.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve communication.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a back office or administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace ( Sheets, Docs, etc).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Mail drafting, effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
