**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support including managing correspondence, answering calls, and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist in office management tasks such as supply inventory and policy development.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support project coordination by scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
- Assist executives with administrative tasks and travel arrangements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (G-sheet, G-word, etc).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are beneficial.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
