**Education Outreach Coordinator**

CTC: 18k-22k pm

Location: Rasta Peth, Pune

On Contract - 1 year (can be extended as per project requirement)

**Job Summary**:
The Education Outreach Coordinator engages with families in underserved areas, including slums, to promote school enrollment for children. This role involves conducting outreach, counseling parents, and facilitating the admission process to ensure all children have access to education.

**Responsibilities**:
**Community Engagement**:

- Visit families in targeted areas to discuss the importance of education and address concerns about enrollment.

**Counseling and Guidance**:

- Provide guidance to parents on navigating the school admission process and overcoming barriers to enrollment.

**School Enrollment Assistance**:

- Assist families with completing enrollment paperwork and liaise with schools to facilitate the admission process.

**Follow-Up and Monitoring**:

- Maintain records of outreach efforts and conduct follow-up visits to monitor children's progress in school.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
- Experience in community outreach or social services beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of educational challenges in underserved communities.
- Ability to work independently and empathetically with families.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
