**Salary : Upto 30k**

**Location : Ahmedabad**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to existing clients to gather feedback on the system installation process.
- Follow up with clients via phone to obtain feedback on system functionality and electricity bill monitoring.
- Reach out to existing clients to request references for potential leads.
- Maintain a detailed service call log to track client interactions and requests.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely completion of service calls.
- Prepare and deliver reports to clients, vendors, and site teams as necessary.

**Skills Must Have**:

- MS Excel / GSheet proficiency.
- Polite and effective communication skills.
- Coordination with the site team.
- Patience and attentiveness to client complaints.
- Knowledge of solar generation systems and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of solar inverter basics.
- Ability to perform financial modeling related to solar generation, bills, and EMIs.

**Salary**: ₹9,582.19 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
