Job Description:
Minar Cruise Cochin is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused male individual to join our team as a cruise coordinator. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a delightful experience with Minar Cruise Cochin.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a pleasant demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Interaction skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Anchoring skills to confidently guide and inform customers during their cruise experience.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
