**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Marketing**:Assist the sales and marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
Support sales representatives in lead generation, prospecting, and customer outreach.
Analyze data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:
Assist in managing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure high-quality customer service.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and follow-up with clients.
Help identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
Support HR in employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
Participate in HR-related projects, including policy development and HR data analysis.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- A passion for sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and/or human resources.
