Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Summer Interns to join our dynamic team, supporting our Sales, Human Resources (HR), and Accounts departments. As an intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in these essential business functions while contributing to the success of our organization. Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Intern:
Support the sales team in lead generation and prospect research.

Assist with sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer follow-ups.

Collaborate with the marketing department to execute sales campaigns.

Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance selling skills.

Help prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.

HR Intern:
Aid in the recruitment and selection process by screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.

Assist with onboarding activities for new employees and ensure a smooth integration process.

Support HR personnel in organizing training programs and employee development initiatives.

Help maintain employee records and HR databases.

Contribute to creating and updating company policies and procedures.

Assist in employee engagement activities and events.

Accounts Intern:
Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and reconciliation.

Participate in financial data entry and maintain accurate records in accounting software.

Collaborate with the finance team in preparing financial reports and statements.

Help with the preparation of budgets and forecasting activities.

Assist in auditing financial documents and transactions.

Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Business, Finance, HR, or related fields).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Duration and Compensation: This is a full-time summer internship program with a duration of [XX weeks/months]. Interns will receive a stipend/salary during their tenure.
