Job Description: Medical Representative

Job location - Chennai, Egmore

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Promote and sell cosmetic products to clinics, doctors, and hospitals in the assigned territory.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to drive product awareness and generate sales.

3. Conduct regular visits to clinics, doctors' offices, and hospitals to present product information and demonstrate the benefits of our cosmetic products.

4. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.

5. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively position our products.

6. Provide accurate and timely feedback to the sales manager regarding market intelligence, customer needs, and competitor activities.

7. Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.

8. Participate in sales meetings, product training sessions, and promotional events as required.

9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales expenses.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 6 months of field sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.

3. Strong marketing skills to identify customer needs and position products effectively.

4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

6. Self-motivated and result-oriented with a high degree of initiative.

7. Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

8. Knowledge of the local healthcare market and existing network of healthcare professionals is a plus.

9. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
