**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of agriculture value chain and food park projects.
- Conduct comprehensive value chain analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and market access within the agricultural sector.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including farmers, agribusinesses, government agencies, and NGOs, to foster partnerships and drive project success.
- Oversee the development of food parks, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices in agriculture value chain management.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Agriculture Marketing, Agribusiness Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the agricultural sector.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in agriculture value chain development projects.
- Strong understanding of agricultural markets, supply chains, and value chain development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
