**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Clinical practices: Ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes and monitoring clinical practices to ensure they are based on evidence-based medicine
- Supervision: Providing supervision and advice on clinical activities, including outpatient and inpatient services, ward rounds, and surgical interventions
- Staffing: Ensuring comprehensive staffing across all departments
- Quality assurance: Maintaining accreditation standards and quality management
- Profit and loss: Accountability for profit and loss (P&L)
- Policies and regulations: Implementing regulations and policies to maintain high-quality medical services
- Financial management: Developing and recommending viable budgets to ensure optimum excellence in service, patient satisfaction, and planned profitability
- Patient care: Interacting with patients and their attendants to assess ground level interventions required
- Research: Stimulating and organizing research work
- Training: Looking after the training of the staff
**Education - MBBS and MD - Hospital Admin (MBBS is mandatory With MCI)**
**Experience - 5yrs in Administration ( As RMO/Deputy MS/ Assistant MS)**
