Job Title: Accounts Executive

Overview:
The Executive Accounts position is a key role within the finance department, responsible for managing various accounting and financial tasks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and providing support to senior management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and managing collections.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate and timely financial information to management.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts, working closely with department heads and senior management.
- Provide support during internal and external audits, including gathering documentation, preparing schedules, and addressing auditor inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and accounting standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update accounting records and documentation in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with progressive responsibilities and demonstrated proficiency in financial management.
- Graduate, CA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and standards, including GAAP.
- Experience with accounting Tally systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of internal controls, audit procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.

The Executive Accounts role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and communication abilities to effectively manage accounting operations and support the financial objectives of the organization.

Academic Qualification : Graduate Degree

Experience's - 2 to 5 Years

Salary : Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 35,000/
- Able to Relocate Near Factory, Arugolanu Village, Gudivada Road.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
