- Service Coordinator (UPS Division)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate pending PM report from SAP system.(Pune & JSP location) (30th/31st&15th as every month).
- Report to be generate for last 5months.
- Check customer address, contact no. & assign to engineer all PM call in SAP.
- Arrange Engineer for PM.
- After receiving FSR first check FSR update in SAP UPF FSR no. FSR date, Technician Name, in & out time & date, battery AH, Battery Make, Battery Quantity, customer mail ID handle by, type of PM & PM remark in Resolution Colum then move to Executed.
- Co-ordination with team & customers.
- Take Schedule on mail from customer.
- Take follow up of pending PM with our engineers on daily basis.
- Maintain monthly PM file Hard copies of FSR for both locations.(Pune & JSP)
- Maintain & update data of pending PM & completed PM in excel sheet as per Vertiv format.
- Provide PM FSR to claim department as per requirement for both locations.
- Check mails & revert immidigetly.
- Provide necessary data to Vertiv.
- Provide PM plan to Vertiv as per requirement.
- Follow up with engineer for satisfaction letter & compulsory 2 letter received by each engineer & maintained Satisfaction letter file in month wise by 20th as every month.
- You will have to shoulder additional responsibilities given to you by management as and when need by the company.

**Skills Required:

- Any technical Graduate
- 1+ year experience
- Experience from Electrical industry is preferred
- SAP knowledge is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
