1. Manage and route phone calls appropriately
2. Process and report on office expenses
3. Maintain physical and digital employee records
4. Schedule in-house and external meetings
5. Handling local and international courier, document control and managing filling system.
6. Providing assistance in staff recruiting and on boarding.
7. Organize and maintain personnel records and update internal databases (e.g. attendance record)
8. Distribute incoming mail
9. Responsible for Monitoring and procuring needed supplies for office, reception, and pantry. Ordering Stationery as per requirements
10. Make travel arrangements - tickets, Hotel, local transport, etc.
11. Organize company documents into updated filing systems
12. Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports
13. Pays vendors, maintains facilities and office supply budget, and oversees other expenses necessary to the day-to-day administrative operations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
