As an AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy) Instrument Operator in our pharmaceutical laboratory, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and data analysis of AAS equipment critical to our research and development efforts. Your role will involve conducting elemental analysis, ensuring instrument accuracy, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards to support the advancement of pharmaceutical products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instrument Operation**: Operate and maintain Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometers to perform elemental analysis of pharmaceutical samples. Ensure proper instrument setup, calibration, and optimization for accurate and reliable results.
- **Sample Preparation**: Prepare samples for analysis, including digestion, dilution, and appropriate pretreatment methods to ensure compatibility with AAS techniques. Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain sample integrity and traceability.
- **Data Analysis**: Perform quantitative analysis of elemental concentrations in pharmaceutical samples using AAS techniques. Interpret and analyze data, troubleshoot any anomalies, and ensure the validity and reproducibility of results.
- **Calibration and Maintenance**: Conduct routine calibration, maintenance, and performance verification of AAS instruments according to established schedules and procedures. Document all maintenance activities and instrument performance checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**: Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy in analytical testing. Participate in quality control activities, including proficiency testing and method validation studies as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemists, analysts, and research scientists, to support research projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and achieve project milestones in a collaborative and efficient manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
- Prior experience operating Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometers in a pharmaceutical or analytical laboratory setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of AAS principles, techniques, and methodologies for elemental analysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and quality standards applicable to pharmaceutical analysis (e.g., FDA, ICH, USP).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
