Foundation Officer - Proposal Writing, Fundraising, and Philanthropy Engagement Executive

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
**1. Proposal Writing and Documentation**:

- Conduct in-depth research to support proposals with relevant data and success metrics.
- Ensure all proposals align with the organization's mission, goals, and priorities.

**2. Fundraising Ideas and Strategy**:

- Develop innovative fundraising strategies to attract donations from individuals, corporates, and philanthropic organizations.
- Organize and execute fundraising campaigns, charity events, and donor engagement activities.
- Identify potential funding sources and establish connections to secure long-term support.

**3. Travel and Donor Engagement**:

- Travel to meet philanthropists, stakeholders, and potential donors for in-person presentations and relationship building.
- Represent the organization at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and showcase a deep understanding of the organization's projects and impact.

**4. Communication and Relationship Management**:

- Maintain regular communication with donors, partners, and stakeholders to update them on project progress and outcomes.
- Build and nurture relationships to foster trust and long-term commitment.
- Handle inquiries from donors and stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.

**5. Campaign and Program Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful implementation of fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide inputs to the marketing team for promotional materials and donor communication strategies.

**6. Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track fundraising activities and provide regular updates to the management on performance and outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports for donors showcasing the impact of their contributions.

**7. Strategic Planning**:

- Contribute to the development of organizational strategies for scaling impact and broadening donor outreach.
- Conduct SWOT analysis to refine and enhance fundraising efforts.

**8. Skills Utilization**:

- Use effective storytelling to communicate the organization's mission and create an emotional connection with donors.

**9. Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and program teams, to align efforts for maximum impact.
- Train and mentor junior staff in proposal writing and donor engagement.

**10. Ethical Fundraising**:

- Ensure transparency, accountability, and integrity in all fundraising and donor communication efforts.
- Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements related to fundraising.

**Skills Required**:

- Advanced proposal writing and documentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor engagement.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence in public speaking and presentations.
- Ability to travel for donor meetings and events.
- Proficiency in using CRM and fundraising platforms.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.

This role is ideal for an MSW graduate passionate about creating social impact through innovative fundraising strategies, excellent communication, and collaborative efforts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
