Job Title: Chef De Partie

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in preparing and executing creative and delectable dishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Take charge of a specific section in the kitchen and ensure the timely preparation and plating of dishes according to our high-quality standards.
- Oversee and support junior kitchen staff, guiding them in proper cooking techniques and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
- Manage food stock and inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary ingredients and notifying superiors of any shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of kitchen processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
- Creativity and a passion for culinary arts, demonstrated through innovative dish presentations and menu development ideas.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and maintain a structured kitchen environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operating hours.

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
