Export Executive

Job Description:
- Playing a pivotal role in spearheading efforts to penetrate international markets and expand presence globally.
- Responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales of grey têxtile fabric in target countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential export markets for grey têxtile fabric. Analyse market trends, competition, and customer preferences to develop targeted strategies.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve export sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to identify key accounts and opportunities for growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in target markets. Understand customer needs and preferences to tailor products and services accordingly.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our customer base and reach new markets. Develop partnerships, distribution channels, and strategic alliances to support business growth.
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Coordinate closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to international customers. Monitor shipment schedules and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all export regulations and documentation requirements. Handle export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, accurately and efficiently.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyse sales performance against targets, providing regular updates and reports to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Must have
- Proven track record of success in international sales, preferably in the têxtile industry.
- Strong understanding of export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and business partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
