**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR INTERNS**

**Selected interns will receive training in the following areas**:

- Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilizing various recruitment channels to attract top talent.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborating with hiring manager to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.

**Requirements**:

- Strong English proficiency (both spoken and written).
- Good knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
