Front Desk Receptionist

**Greeting Visitors**: Welcoming guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel comfortable.
- **Answering Phone Calls**: Managing the phone system by answering calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and taking messages when necessary.
- **Scheduling Appointments**: Booking and managing appointments or meetings for staff members or clients.
- **Maintaining Reception Area**: Ensuring that the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials like brochures or forms.
- **Visitor Log Management**: Keeping a record of visitors, maintaining sign-in sheets, and issuing visitor badges or passes.
- **Security Protocols**: Ensuring security procedures are followed by monitoring access to the premises and informing relevant personnel of any suspicious activity.
- **Coordinating with Staff**: Communicating messages or important information between visitors, clients, and office staff efficiently.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,500.00 per month
