Job Title Tire Marketing officer

Job Summary: The Tire Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s tire products across multiple segments, such as passenger, commercial, and specialty tires. This role involves market research, campaign development, brand management, and collaboration with sales teams to drive growth and enhance market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive tire sales and increase market share.

Identify target markets and create tailored marketing plans for different tire segments (e.g., passenger, commercial, off-road).

Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Campaign Management:
Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, to promote tire products.

Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve campaign goals.

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize strategies.

Brand Management:
Develop and maintain strong brand positioning and messaging for tire products.

Create and oversee promotional materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and product datasheets.

Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.

Use research insights to develop marketing strategies and identify opportunities for product innovation.

Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and customer feedback.

Sales Support and Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation.

Develop sales collateral and tools to assist the sales team in promoting tire products effectively.

Coordinate with product management and engineering teams to ensure accurate representation of product features and benefits.

Digital and Social Media Marketing:
Create engaging content for the company’s website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.

Monitor online engagement, respond to inquiries, and manage the company’s online reputation.

Event Planning and Management:
Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase tire products.

Handle event logistics, including booth setup, marketing materials, and on-site promotions.

Evaluate event success and gather feedback to improve future marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
Any Degree

Minimum 1 year experience or Freshers

Must have Bike with Driving License
