**Job Title: Publication Officer**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:Develop engaging and informative content for various publications, including articles, reports, press releases, and marketing materials.

**Editing and Proofreading**:Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the organization's style guide.
Work closely with authors and contributors to enhance the quality and coherence of written materials.

**Publication Planning**:Develop and maintain a publication schedule, ensuring timely delivery of content.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather input and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

**Quality Control**:Conduct quality checks on all publications to maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the quality of publications.

**Distribution and Promotion**:Develop strategies for the distribution and promotion of publications to reach the target audience.

**Compliance and Copyright**:Ensure that all publications comply with relevant regulations, guidelines, and copyright laws.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of publications.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field.

Proven experience in writing, editing, and content creation.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with publication software and tools.

Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing trends is a plus.

A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
