**Sales Executives
- IT Sales required IT Company at Pune**

**MBA with IT Sales experience of 3 yrs**

**Lead Prospecting**: Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and partnerships.

**Engagement and Education**: Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand their pain points and needs. Educate leads about our products and services, demonstrating how they can provide solutions to their challenges.

**Appointment Setting**: Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule qualified leads for sales meetings or product demonstrations. Ensure that all relevant lead information is accurately recorded in the CRM system.

**Communication and Follow-Up**: Maintain ongoing communication with leads, nurturing relationships and providing relevant information. Follow up on inquiries and track lead progression through the sales pipeline.

**Market Intelligence**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to effectively position our offerings and tailor outreach strategies.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies, share insights, and refine lead generation approaches based on feedback from the field.

**Metrics and Reporting**: Keep detailed records of lead interactions and outcomes in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
