**Objective of the position**:
The Executive Assistant to the Executive Director plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the ED. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key liaison between the ED and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Planning**:

- Manage and coordinate the ED's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and organize appointments, ensuring efficient use of the ED's time.
- **Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the ED and internal/external parties.
- **New Programme Development**:

- Support ED in innovation, testing and development of new programmes and schemes.
- Conduct related desktop research and feasibility studies
- **Travel Arrangements**:

- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the ED.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all logistics are in place.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain and organize documents, reports, and confidential information.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the ED.
- **Meeting Support**:

- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes as required.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup, materials, and catering.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives as directed by the ED.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure project deadlines are met.
- **Confidentiality**:

- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- UG in Agriculture/Food processing
- PG in Agri Business Management or a related field

**Experience : 0-2 years**

**Must Haves**:

- Language: Excellent English communication skills (Written and Spoken skills)

(Additionally Preferred: Communication in Hindi )
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office tool
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-think and prioritise
- Highest integrity and long term commitment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
