We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team and assist in expanding our offline presence through B2B sales.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to understand the brand's vision, target audience, and product offerings.
- Identify potential B2B partners in the offline market, including local businesses, boutiques, concept stores, and other relevant establishments.
- Independently research and gather contact information for potential partners and decision-makers within those businesses.
- Develop a persuasive pitch tailored to the interests and needs of each potential partner, highlighting the benefits of collaborating with [Startup Name].
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to establish a strong network and rapport within the offline market.
- Negotiate terms and agreements for B2B partnerships, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties.
- Regularly update and maintain a CRM system to track outreach, communication, and progress with potential partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to measure the success of B2B partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or recent graduate).
- Strong passion for sales, marketing, and building relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and negotiation techniques.
- Familiarity with art, decor, and fashion industries is a plus.
- Previous sales or marketing experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
**Compensation**:This is a commission-based internship. The intern will earn a percentage-based commission on sales generated through their efforts. No fixed salary will be provided during the internship period.
