We are looking for **Administrative Coordinator.**
**Experience: 0-1 yr.**
**Requirements and skills**
- Provide assistance to staffs, Managers and Senior officers as needed.
- Create, prepare and deliver reports to various departments.
- Receive and forward communication to different staffs and department.
- Attending meeting, taking minutes and keeping notes.
- Coordinate with HR department in various activities and handling databases.
- Work with finance department to process invoices, track payments, receipts etc.
- Create and Execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Administer website and publish content.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
