**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and communication.
- Understand client needs and provide product/service demonstrations as necessary.
- Conduct persuasive and effective sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's products or services.
- Address client inquiries and concerns during presentations.
- Work towards achieving or exceeding set sales targets and objectives.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on market insights.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and progress towards targets.
- Submit regular reports to the sales manager
- Travel within the designated territory to meet clients, attend events, and represent the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the company's products or services and the industry.
- Proficient in using sales and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
