**Project Co-ordinator**
- Potential full-time hiring opportunities will be based on evaluations made upon completion of the probation (3 months) period.
- This includes performance, work ethic, and specific needs of the department.
- Strong report making skills
- Good command on English language
- Strong internet research skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs
- To Whom Responsible: Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists the Project Manager as assigned, with the business development activity both on client and company side
- Assists with data/ information collection and marketing
- Good knowledge of concepts, principles, and practices of collecting Information
- Responsible for ensuring the schedule and details of a given task are well organized
- Organize reports, plan meetings and provide updates to project managers
- Monitoring the daily progress of projects and sharing feedback
- Make sure that client’s needs are met as projects evolve
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Maintains high standard professionalism in attitudes and communication with fellow employees and customers
- Must have good MS office and Internet skill
- Qualification Requirements
- B. Com, BBA, BCA, BSc
- Strong academic achievement
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
