Accounts Executive

**Major Job Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
3. Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements in a timely manner.
4. Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and vendor statements.
5. Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports.
6. Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
7. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits.
8. Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding billing and payment issues.
9. Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
10. Provide administrative support to the accounting department, such as filing documents, maintaining records, and organizing financial data.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent numerical and data entry skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Indian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
**Qualifications Required**:A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related Degree.
