**Position: Account Executive**
**Location: Bangalore**
**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients to meet their needs.
- **Account Management**:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Monitor and analyze account performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of additional services.
- **Sales and Marketing**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues on time.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and account information.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Immediate Joiner.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Rotational shift
