As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by contacting potential customers, building and maintaining relationships, and closing deals to meet annual targets. If you're a dynamic professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Contact Potential Customers**: Utilize buy leads and other sources to identify and reach out to potential customers interested in our products and services.
- **Routine Follow-ups**: Implement a systematic approach to track customer interactions through routine follow-ups, both direct and indirect, ensuring continuous engagement and relationship building.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- **Negotiation and Deal Closure**: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- **Achieve Annual Targets**: Work diligently towards achieving and surpassing annual sales targets, demonstrating resilience and determination in meeting and exceeding set goals.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative sales strategies and tactics, adapting to market trends and customer preferences to maximize sales opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the manufacturing or beverage industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals successfully, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹9,638.50 - ₹33,157.44 per month
