**Cost Estimation**:

- Develop detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and other associated expenses.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify requirements and scope.
- Prepare clear and concise estimation documents.

**Bid Preparation**:

- Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals by reviewing and summarizing estimates.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure estimates align with client requirements and company strategy.

**Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities.
- Evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate prices to ensure cost efficiency.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain and update a database of cost information, including historical data and current market rates.
- Use estimation software and tools to streamline the estimation process.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Participate in project planning meetings to provide insight and input on cost-related matters.

**Quality Control**:

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all cost estimates.
- Continuously review and improve estimation processes and methodologies.

**Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on estimation activities, project costs, and bid results.
- Provide feedback to management on estimation accuracy and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in cost estimation.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Estimations: 1 year (preferred)
