Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our Digital Marketing Agency and IT Company. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all departments within the organization are operating efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve identifying areas for improvement, streamlining processes, and providing workable solutions to overcome roadblocks. Additionally, you will serve as a manager of both the teams and the operational processes, ensuring that goals are met and projects are delivered on time.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee Smooth Functioning: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Digital Marketing Agency and IT Company, ensuring that all departments are functioning optimally and aligned with the overall organizational goals.

Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and maximize productivity across departments.

Roadblock Identification and Solutions: Identify potential roadblocks or challenges within the operations and work proactively to address them. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to find practical solutions and ensure smooth operations.

Team and Process Management: Act as a manager for both the teams and the operational processes. Provide guidance and support to team members, foster a collaborative work environment, and encourage professional development. Implement effective performance management systems to ensure high-quality output.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with other departments, such as marketing, sales, finance, and human resources, to align operational strategies and achieve overall business objectives.

Budget and Resource Management: Collaborate with the finance department to manage the operational budget effectively. Optimize resource allocation to ensure the smooth running of projects and minimize wastage.

Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational processes. Regularly analyze and report on operational performance to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and implementing action plans.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to operations. Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the organization's interests.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and IT. Incorporate innovative ideas and strategies to drive operational excellence.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a digital marketing agency or IT company.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and IT processes, tools, and technologies.

Excellent leadership and managerial skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and operational processes.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify and address roadblocks effectively.

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, metrics, and reports to make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.

Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to digital marketing and IT operations.
