**The Role**:
**ECO DC - L3**

We need an individual who is responsible for the support and design of the enterprise data center solution and infrastructure. This individual will need to demonstrate strong pro-active nature, good partnering and cross-functional teaming skills with peers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Specializing in Network solutions for Wide scale enterprise services/clients
- Design Implement and Troubleshoot Complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 Technologies
- Implement and Troubleshoot Data Center activities that may include Operations/Migration/Automation
- Implementation and troubleshooting management tools i.e. Cisco DNAC, DCNM, etc.
- Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Cisco ACI-based networks
- Working with the Cisco ACI controller to configure and manage network resources
- Monitoring and troubleshooting network performance and issues
- Providing Tier 3 support for Cisco ACI-based networks Work on Project/Tasks to propose and implement best practices design/solutions
- Ensure proper operations of the Network infrastructure in the Data Center and Campus
- Maintain High availability with zero defective design of Core Network infrastructure.
- Develop Network infrastructure and make recommendations on systems enhancements/optimization.
- Working with inshore/offshore team for transition,
- Coordination/collaborate with other project team to deliver effective solutions
- Provide high quality technical support to maintain a qualified environment
- Perform Event, Incident, Change and Problem Management as per ITIL standards
- Ensure resolution/implementations of incidents/activities within SLA
- Mentor other engineers on technologies and process
- Coordinate with the DC network architect and the DC team to deliver the new data centers across multiple sites.

**Skills Required**:
**Mandatory Skills**:

- Experience with SDN and its building blocks (VXLAN, ACI, Nuage Networks etc.)

**Other Desired Skills**:

- Expertise in install, configure, monitoring and troubleshooting of Cisco Data Center and Campus Network components
- Expertise in Industry Standards for Network devices in Data Center
- Expertise in Data Center Automation
- Expertise in Network Management tools like Cisco DNAC, DCNM, Network Analyzer, etc.
- Knowledge of call ticket system (BMC Remedy, ITSM)
- Understanding of advanced Routing and Switching
- Experience with QoS
- Experience with SDN and its building blocks (VXLAN, ACI, Nuage Networks etc.)
- Experience with CLOS/Spine-Leaf DC designs.
- Strong routing background (BGP, OSPF and troubleshooting on these protocols)
- Experience with DC migrations, brownfield deployments and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical thinking and knowledge of procedures
- Experience and knowledge of server and storage infrastructure (VMware virtualization, Hyper-V etc.)
- Experience and knowledge of Nexus 7000/Nexus 9000 (NX-OS mode) switching platforms
- Python and/or other scripting skills, such as Ansible [Very Highly desired]
- Linux/Windows networking troubleshooting knowledge

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Electronics/Computer Science required with 6 years or more
- Experience in network management and support
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco Data Center product platform
- Cisco ACI [Very Highly Desired]

**Certifications**:

- Certified in ITIL foundation (v3) best practices mandatory
- CCNP-Data Center (mandatory)
- CCIE-Data Center (LAB) certification is Preferred
