**Job Title: Individual Contribution Sales Manager**
**Location: Andhra Pradesh**
**Salary Range: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000**
Are you an experienced and motivated sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated Individual Contribution Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales for our B2B college trainings, workshops, and seminars.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients in the college education sector within Andhra Pradesh.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations of our training programs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with colleges and educational institutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and sales opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the college education sector in Andhra Pradesh is a plus.
