**Job Summary**:

- The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations. This position involves assisting with various administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Coordinator acts as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments to facilitate efficient sales processes and achieve sales objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team by preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals. Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales collateral, such as brochures, product catalogs, and promotional materials. Support sales representatives with customer-related tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and shipping coordination.

**Order Management**: Receive and process customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely order fulfillment. Coordinate with relevant departments, such as inventory management and logistics, to monitor stock availability and shipment schedules. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, pricing, or delivery.

**Customer Service**:Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and handle product or service-related questions promptly and professionally. Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Sales Coordination**: Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation. Assist in organizing sales training sessions and workshops. Collaborate with the sales team to track sales activities, monitor progress against targets, and prepare sales performance reports.

**Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in the company's CRM system. Ensure data integrity, update customer profiles, and record sales activities, interactions, and transactions. Generate regular sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

**Sales Communication**: Facilitate effective communication between the sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders. Distribute sales-related information, such as product updates, pricing changes, and sales promotions. Communicate sales targets, quotas, and incentives to the sales team. Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budgeting.

**Market Research**:Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive activities. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on market intelligence. Monitor industry developments and competitor strategies to support the development of sales strategies.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
