**Job Summary**:
The Post Shipment Documentation Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing the documentation process after the successful shipment of goods or products. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely completion of all post shipment documentation requirements to facilitate smooth customs clearance, compliance with international regulations, and customer satisfaction. The Specialist will collaborate closely with various departments, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to ensure a seamless post shipment process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Document Verification**:
Review shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and related paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Verify that all documents are properly signed, dated, and match the information provided in the export or shipping order.

**Customs Compliance**:
Ensure all necessary customs documentation is completed accurately and submitted to relevant authorities in a timely manner.

Stay updated on international trade regulations and customs requirements to prevent delays or issues during customs clearance.

**Filing and Record Keeping**:
Maintain organized records of all post shipment documents, both in physical and electronic formats.

Create and maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval and audits.

**Communication**:
Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, sales, and finance, to gather required information and resolve any discrepancies in documentation.

Communicate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs officials to address any document-related issues and ensure the smooth flow of goods.

**Problem Resolution**:
Identify and address any discrepancies, errors, or missing documents that could potentially hinder the clearance process.

Work proactively to resolve any document-related issues and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of post shipment documentation procedures.

Provide suggestions and insights to streamline documentation processes and reduce potential errors.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
