Responsibilities:

- Participates and contributes to Sprint Ceremonies
- Technically hands on and excellent in Design, Coding and Testing
- Collectively responsible for end-to-end product quality
- Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability & quality
- Provides technical support as and when necessary
- Analyzing and monitor performance bottlenecks and key metrics to optimize software and system performance
- Communicate with internal and external business partners. Should be able to handle Onshore/Offshore model
- Act as the liaison between Business and Developers and project management groups
- Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor
- Should work on bug resolution and Feature enhancements
- Should be able to interact and work with multi-site development teams
- Should be quick and pro-active in responding to queries
- Should work as a team player

**Requirements**:

- 2-8 Years of experience - Skills (webMethods,Cloud ,ci/cd)
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Engineering Practices Agile: Must have working experience of 3+ year in Agile team
- Development know-how strongly desirable (maybe for 2nd role in 2024) to be able to develop the interfaces in NAIP
- If not specifically familiar with NAIP, at least webMethods and overall integration SW development
- Support UAT in NAIP and also go-live with NAIP Ops team
- Documentation of analysis and technical specifications of interfaces
