As a WebMethods Developer, you will be responsible for configuring and building new and enhanced functionality in the WebMethods platform.

You will leverage your expertise in both declarative and programmatic solutions to develop seamless integrations and ensure the smooth operation of our Utilize 5+ years of experience in configuring/building new and enhanced functionality in the WebMethods platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions.

- Demonstrate expertise in hands-on Development/Integration with Software AG WebMethods suite, particularly utilizing web services and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) toolsets (Software AG WebMethods 10.x preferred).

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the WebMethods environment.

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain integrations using WebMethods technologies to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration processes, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

- Perform code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing sessions to ensure consistency and best practices across development efforts.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in WebMethods and related technologies, and actively participate in continuous learning and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in hands-on Development/Integration with Software AG WebMethods suite.

- Proficiency in utilizing web services and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) toolsets, with a preference for experience with Software AG WebMethods 10.x.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
