Social Media Executive/ Graphic Designer

**Job Title: Media Buyer / Performance Marketer**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Media Buying**: Strategically plan, negotiate, and purchase advertising space across various media channels, including digital, print, broadcast, and outdoor, to effectively reach target audiences.
- **Campaign Management**: Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic advertising networks.
- **Audience Targeting**: Utilize audience segmentation and targeting techniques to identify and reach specific demographics, interests, and behaviors, optimizing ad placements for maximum engagement and conversion.
- **Budget Management**: Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocate resources across campaigns and channels, and continuously monitor spending to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and ROI goals.
- **Optimization**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS), and implement optimization strategies to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B tests to experiment with different ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience segments, identifying successful variations and iterating on campaign strategies accordingly.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze campaign data and metrics using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and advertising platform dashboards, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
- **Attribution Modeling**: Implement attribution models to accurately measure the impact of each marketing touchpoint in the customer journey, informing budget allocation and strategy decisions to maximize overall campaign effectiveness.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics teams, as well as external partners and media vendors, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and brand objectives.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media buying and performance marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and optimization to drive campaign success.
**Requirements**:
- **Digital Marketing Expertise**: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic advertising networks.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
- **Budget Management**: Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing spending to achieve campaign objectives and ROI targets, with a focus on efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- **A/B Testing Experience**: Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools, and a track record of conducting experiments to optimize ad creatives, messaging, and audience targeting strategies for improved campaign performance.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Working knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and advertising platform dashboards, as well as experience with ad management platforms and optimization tools.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and media vendors to achieve shared objectives and drive campaign success.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred.**
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
