Admin & Data Entry Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Data Entry**:
- Accurately input and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems, including sales records, inventory, and client information.
- Ensure that all data is correctly categorized and organized for easy access and reporting.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide general administrative support to office staff, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and scheduling meetings.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- **Inventory and Documentation**:
- Assist in maintaining and updating records of product inventory and stock levels.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other required documentation for business transactions.
- **Customer and Vendor Coordination**:
- Assist in communication with vendors for order processing and delivery tracking.
- **Office Management**:
- Support in day-to-day office operations including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and overall office organization.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare regular reports on data entry progress, office inventory, and administrative activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and proper documentation of processes.
**Key Skills**:
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensures that data is entered accurately and without errors.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Comfortable with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of office management software.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a busy office environment.
- **Communication**: Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quick to identify and rectify data discrepancies or operational issues.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role involving data entry and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and data management tools.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working in a healthcare, pharma, or corporate environment is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
