Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support:

- Manage and organize files, documents, and records.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Data Management:

- Maintain databases and input data accurately.
- Ensure data integrity and security measures are followed.
- Generate reports and analyze data as needed.
- Assist in data entry tasks and data cleanup efforts.
- Communication Coordination:

- Facilitate communication between different departments.
- Relay messages and information accurately and promptly.
- Ensure smooth flow of communication internally and externally.
- Assist in drafting internal memos, announcements, and newsletters.
- Office Operations:

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Oversee office maintenance and cleanliness.
- Assist in organizing company events and gatherings.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
