Support Executive

**Job Title**: Student Support Associate (Non-voice process)
**Location**: Panchkula, Haryana
**Job Type**: Full-time; Day Shift; Work from office
**Experience**: 1+ years of relevant experience in the ed-tech industry
**Note**: Freshers need not apply.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Content Management on LMS& social media platforms
2. Oversee, manage & create YouTube sessions
3.Manage Content on LMS - Day-to-day backend tasks, including creating new products, daily content uploads, and ensuring up-to-date content. Maintain backups.
4. Handle YouTube operations - Oversee YouTube content, creating sessions, and uploading videos regularly on our channel. Engage with the YouTube community.
5. Manage testimonial content, coordinating with the team for creation and sharing on social media platforms.
6. Perform regular file editing tasks using various software.
7. Utilize MS Office for daily operations.
**Key Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**:
- Tech-savvy with proficient computer skills.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube platform.
- Previous experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with various social media platforms.
**Soft Skills**:
- Detail-oriented individuals with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Critical thinking skills for content review.
- Ownership qualities
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute new ideas.
- Adaptability to meet evolving team needs.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
**Other**:
- Minimum graduate with at least 50% marks
