**Roles and Responsibility**

**Job Role: Sr. Learning Experience Designer/Instructional Designer**

Job Location: Any

Experience: Consultants with some prior experience in Energy Management, Electricals, Energy Efficiency, Sustainable Energy management

Experience: 5-10 yrs.

Project Tenure: Preferably 1 year (engagement tenure project performance based)

**Job Summary**:
Resource will be aligned to organization Learning experience and innovation team and act as a learning experience designer for our internal stakeholder, dealing with the end to end Learning and Development activities.

**The resource will be responsible for the following**:
1) Creation, curation and development of various training modules across organization.

2) End to end manage learning Content development projects with expertise in handling the full lifecycle of content development starting from Need Analysis to content development

3) Design and develop sticky-learning solutions using prescribed tools according to our quality and development standards.

4) Propose design solutions with measurable impact

5) Manage the learning requirements of the internal stakeholder, structuring source content, creating high-level design documents, storyboarding, and visual storyboarding.

7) Forecast and meet project deadlines.

Must have skills functional: Project Management, Instructional Designing, Good communication skills, expert in (Articulate, Elucidate) graphics design and video production, well versed in WCAG 2.1 and should be able to design accessible courses.

Must have behavioural skills functional: highly creative, agile; open to feedback; open to experimenting and suggesting out of the box solutions; excellent stakeholder management; ability to adapt and learn with change in business needs, working with multicultural, multilingual project teams.

Good to have skills: Understanding of how various learning experience platforms behave (Cornerstone/SCORM cloud); Any additional language (French, German, Cn) is a plus.

**More about the Role**:

- This is an individual contributor role. The resource will be required to
- Familiarize and get trained on our Branding, IPR, DEI and technical course development and publication requirements (SCORM testing, video specs etc.)
- Independently seek the stakeholder’s needs with mínimal/moderate level of instruction on new assignments.
- Analyse and solve complex problems through collaboration and using internal and external networks.
- You will be expected to work with other team members/graphic designers and share your expertise.
- Decisions made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others.
