Job position: eLearning Instructional Designer

Job Location: Bangalore

Industry: eLearning

Department: Instructional Design

Shift: Day (Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM)

Employment type: Internship and Full-time


Job Role:

1. Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content on various topics including compliance, individual and managerial effectiveness that enhance retention and transfer

2. Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources and studies)

3. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and identify the target audience’s training needs.

4. State instructional end goals and create content that matches them.

5. Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts.

6. Write Voice over scripts and on-screen texts.

7. Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc) with the help of the Multimedia team.

8. Decide on the criteria used to judge the learner’s performance and develop an assessment.


Qualifications and Skills

Job Specification

Qualification required: Any graduation.

Experience: 0-2 years

Required skills:

1. Proven work experience as an Instructional Designer or Content Writer or any other similar role.

2. Superlative English, with excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills in the English language.

3. Excellent writing skills.

4. Ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred skills:

1. Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.

2. Knowledge of course development software.

3. Lesson and curriculum planning skills with a good eye for detail.

4. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, and audio scripts/video scripts (English).
