**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B. Pharma student to join our team as a part-time Sales and Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing efforts specifically focused on Active Pharma Ingredients (APIs). This position offers an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry while pursuing their studies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities related to Active Pharma Ingredients.
- Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads through various channels such as online research, industry events, and networking.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, drafting proposals, and maintaining customer databases.
- Marketing Collateral: Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, product catalogs, and promotional campaigns targeted at the API market.
- Trade Shows and Events: Assist in coordinating participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our API offerings and build brand awareness.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and industry partners to enhance business opportunities and collaborations.
- Market Analysis: Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B Pharma) program.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience or coursework in sales/marketing is a plus but not required.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time work arrangements.
