**OVERVIEW**

Asort are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for executing and managing integrated campaigns, focusing on Social Media, Affiliate Programs, and Search Engine Optimization. this role involves assimilating data from various sources, drawing actionable conclusions, and delivering measurable and insightful reports.

**Industry - Fashion/Lifestyle/Clothing Only, **5 Days a Week.**
- Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days Max
- **Work Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurgaon, HR**
- 1+ Years Experience
- **Skills**:Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Influence Marketing, Canva, Communication Skills.
- **Salary - 35,000/- CTC Per Month**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Strategy Support**:

- Assist in conducting audience research to understand our target audience's needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Contribute to defining content goals and objectives in alignment with overall marketing and business strategies.
- Participate in identifying relevant content topics and formats that resonate with our audience and support our brand messaging.
- Support the creation of editorial calendars and workflows to streamline content production and delivery processes.

**2. Content Creation and Management Assistance**:

- Support the production and delivery of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various channels and platforms.
- Assist in coordinating content creation processes, ensuring adherence to quality, consistency, and accuracy standards.
- Provide assistance in editing, proofreading, and optimizing content for SEO, readability, and conversion.
- Learn to utilize content management systems and tools to publish, update, and organize content effectively.

**3. Content Distribution and Promotion Assistance**:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of content distribution and promotion strategies across multiple channels.
- Assist in executing content campaigns aligned with the marketing funnel to generate leads, conversions, and retention.
- Support the utilization of various promotion techniques such as influencer marketing, guest posting, and paid advertising to maximize content reach and engagement.

**4. Content Performance Analysis Support**:

- Learn to define and track key metrics and indicators to evaluate content performance and impact.
- Assist in utilizing analytics tools and platforms to collect, analyze, and report data on content performance.
- Contribute to identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the content strategy and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**5. Content Collaboration and Support**:

- Provide support in collaborating with other departments such as sales, product, and customer service to ensure alignment of content with their goals and needs.
- Learn to contribute to fostering a culture of content excellence and innovation within the organization, staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in content marketing.

**SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in content marketing, with a foundational understanding of content marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to contribute to crafting compelling content tailored to different audiences.
- Must know how to do influencer Marketing and Must be Aware about running ads across social media & Google platforms to increase the reach of content.
- Basic proficiency in SEO, analytics, and content management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to assist in project management and problem-solving.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of online Designing platform such as Canva & Word press etc
- Should be proficient in English & Hindi Both
- Passionate about Social Media & latest trends, using AI tools
- Must have good understanding of aesthetics and Capturing content

**INTERVIEW ROUNDS** - On-Call/Virtual/Face to Face

**SALARY** - **35,000/- CTC Per Month**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
